Venue Review: DC 10 - Night Club - Denver

DC 10
940 Lincoln St
Denver, CO

The driving force behind this boutique lounge is the owner’s fixation on the theme. Literally modeled after a DC10 airplane, Denver’s latest night club takes off with an airplane motif.

The front entrance designed as a plane’s entry hatch is only the beginning. Flat screen monitors shaped as airplane windows line the walls with images of sky scapes as if it were in flight, curved seating booths, and the wing-shaped bar all lend to the meticulous detailing of the club. You can even join the nightly "Mile High Club," happy hour that is, from 4pm to 8pm.

In the rear of the 400-capacity lounge is a full-size stage, which can be hidden behind a 22-foot film screen. Depending on the night, they either project images of far away destinations or retract the screen opening up space for live performances of featured music and dance.

From local bands rocking out to a weekly ladies' night with DJs spinning radio hits, DC 10 offers more options than just coffee or tea.

This new addition to the Denver club scene was designed with a stunning use of color and light.
