This new lounge from Eugene Remm of Level V and Mark Birnbaum is located beneath the luxury steakhouse STK. It sports a small U-shaped dance floor surrounding two tiers of tables and a DJ booth / performance stage area. Not only is Tenjune equipped with a leather-lined bar, marble accents, zebra-print tables, and a velvet-rich Purple Lounge, it’s also decorated with celebrities ranging from Sean Combs to Beyoncé eager to catch a glimpse of New York’s new “place to be.”

After the VMA’s and Fashion Week, the parties and celebs that have gone through Tenjune will already outnumber most clubs, and it’s only been open for a week! Get it while it's hot.

This place stinks!! Its all hype and being an attractive woman I did not have much of an issue at the door but the guys there are all losers. I would never go back even if u paid me. There were creeps trying to buy me drinks all night and i had to deny them and for that i got called a tease. I guess the woman that visit this club are easy but not me and i would never step foot in that place again. For those of you that do, get a life!

Wow... allot of negatives and not too many positives here.

This is for the owner just in case he ever gets the chance to read his own club reviews. As a resident of Miami whose clubs in my opinion "Do It Up Right". I just wanted to offer my opinion on a few things. I've heard from friends that you have a great spot. However, it looks as if you need to do some well needed house keeping starting your staff. Your door man sounds as if he's bad for business. Its one thing to keep out the riff raff and another to wait for hundred dollar bills to grease the palms of a man who could care less about your bottom line. Table service is your bread and those are the people you want to come back. They have money and they want to give it to you. What an incredible concept. If you door guy is turning away bottle service than not only is acting like a prick but he also must not be that bright. Its great to have celebs frequent your spot. After all it’s what tends to draw people in. But there's going to come a day when the celeb draw fades and on that day you are going to want your loyal locals to be there ripping it up with you. As for the DJ, well we all have our own taste. I'd keep looking till YOU feel that you got it right. That’s my opinion for what its worth.

No worries about the air head called Sarah from above. She's probably a secretary whose only joy in life is to feel important about getting into what she thinks is a hot spot. From the hours from 8am to 5pm she probably gets the crap chewed out of her by her boss when she forgets to bring him/her hot coffee.

I have been to tenjune many times and everytime I go, it's a blast! It IS an exclusive club and I think you all are just jealous because you arent part of the in-crowd. Give it up, you're an IDIOT if you stand in line for an hour to get into a club you already know you'll be turned away from! And about the door man... its their JOB to turn you outsiders away so that we dont get your stinky sweat all over us while we do our thing. Don't bash a club just because you aren't cool enough to get in.. GET OVER IT AND GO TO HOME OR BED, LIKE THE REST OF THE TOURISTS!!!

Wow, could anyone get more elitist than this bitch right here? I've been to Tenjune countless of times in the past as well and I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but tenjune is dead. Music sucks and the space is tiny. Even though I get in without a problem it still doesn't dismiss the fact that Alex is still a prick. You just don't treat women or people in general like that. For those that can't get in, you're not missing out on much besides the horrible music and the filthy trash like Sara above.

tenjune was horrible, doorman (alex) lives on a power trip and is arrrogant, the place is soo small, - better off at B-8

The doorman Mike is an absolute asshole, arrogant and extremely unpleasant to brush past, led alone to man the front door of an "exclusive club". The space is small, yet fun. The killer is the people who work there. Dont they realize they are just a doorman, ie. they stand in front of a door! Not rocket science ladies and gentlemen... Not even close. Final recommendation, pick some where with a sexier crowd and much more fun like... ANYWHERE!!!!!

stupid club with bad crowd. not upscale at all and the line is fake makes people think the club is hot but its really not. don't bother just cross the street and go to budah bar youl have a better time!

Big hype for a below standard club. My friend had a table and we were still not allowed in which was ridiculous. Think the bouncers need to get over themselves, especially alex, who lets face it, is just a doorman... Also noticed lots of bribing and 'loaded handshakes' with the bouncers which shocked me considering they are pretencious enough to call themselves an exclusive club. Once in, dissapointed with the heaving crowd and shabby decor. Not impressed, don't go.

I've been to Tenjune twice. The first time I was there 20 minutes and thought that I had the worst time of my life, but that was before I went there the second time. The second time I was there was definitely the worst time I ever had at a club. I feel bad saying that because the people I was with were all amazing and a lot of fun. But the CLUB was the problem.
First of all the crowd is horrible. They say that they are an exclusive club, well I did not get that feeling at all. Then the service is horrible,it seems like they have no idea how to treat their customers. And finally the DJ is probably the worst DJ ever. Anybody could play what he does, the only thing that he did was to take the top 20 billboard from the past 30 years and play 30 seconds of each song no mather what type of music it is.

If you are somebody looking for a great night out I definetely recommend you not to go there!Go to Cain, Bungalow 8, or even Lotus (by the way,before going to Tenjune I thought there was no worse place than Lotus, well I was wrong)
