While loosely based on shot bars in Spain, this Hell’s Kitchen destination is loaded with kitschy shots.  Yeah, you could come to Barcelona Bar for a beer, but that’s nothing compared to the menu of over a hundred different shots, many involving props.  With drink names like Monica Lewinsky and Full Metal Jacket, this is not the place for stodgy, high-fallutin’ drinkers.
