New Venue Opening: Room 4 Dessert - Bar - Restaurant - New York City (NYC)

With a staff of unimpeachable credentials led by Will Goldfarb (formerly of Papillon and Cru), Room 4 Dessert creates desserts of singular design and inspiration.  The 75 foot long bar embraces the open kitchen giving patrons a glimpse at the creation of dessert tastings platters like their “Infance” with meringue, cotton candy, and their whimsical “Sushi” with praline, marshmallow, pate de fruit, and chocolate.  Room 4 Dessert has a carefully tailored wine list and tea selection to perfectly match their desserts.
