Venue Review: Red - Club - Washington, DC
Red Club
1802 Jefferson Pl, NW
Washington, DC 20036
(202) 466 3475
Just south of Dupont Circle, Red caters to a diverse crowd of both straight and gay DC nightlife. The sparse décor only emphasizes the action on the dance floor. Throughout the week you may hear indie rock or hits from the 60s on up, but the long list of local and international DJs that spin here fuel Red with a wide variety of house beats. The action at Red can go on well into the morning (even though they stop serving booze at 3AM).
