Venue Review: Nobu - Restaurant - Miami

Nobu
1901 Collins Ave
Miami Beach, FL 33139
(305) 695 3232

Legendary Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa brings his expertise to Miami with his latest ultra-exclusive restaurant.  Even though Nobu draws precious little attention to its exterior, the sparse yet warm interiors are always packed with Miami’s elite hungry for the best in traditional and fusion Japanese cuisine.  South American influences are reflected in several dishes like the salmon skewers marinated with Peruvian Chili Paste while the custom Omakase menu serves up some of the best sushi in the world.  Period.
