All you have to do is take a look at the menu at the Lower East Side's Odea to realize that it is more than a cut above. Chef Einat Admony has created an extravagant bill of fare from his experience from such pre-eminent restaurants as Danube, Bolo, and Tabla. The seared scallops with yuzu cream sauce are particularly tasty. A Japanese motif runs through the ultralounge with heavy dark beams, a sublime rectangular design, and raised, private areas. Even VIP Bottle service takes on a whole new dimension with rented bottle lockers.

Anybody try this place out lately?

Einat is fabulous. Also Einat is a woman. So your sentence should read, "Chef Einat Admony has created an extravagant bill of fare from HER experience from such pre-eminent restaurants as Danube, Bolo, and Tabla."
